Choreographic Fellowship Award
Claire Pençak, Artistic Director of Tabula Rasa has been awarded a Choreographic Fellowship by the Scottish Arts Council for 2010. The Award will allow Claire to enrich her choreographic practice through an extended period of study, practice, travel, and reflection and to develop future collaborative projects.

She will be working in the Northern Isles, Northern Scotland and Iceland with dancers, composers, visual artists, film makers and writers to explore choreographic ideas around the broad themes of place, space and location.
This is only the second Choreographic Fellowship to have been awarded by the Scottish Arts Council and it is a great privilege to have been chosen to receive it.
Claire is now looking forward to an adventurous period of creative freedom and experimentation.
